D. Beginner-Friendly: Will finance new rehab investors

E. No payments for 6 months: Point and interest can be financed into the loan

F. After-Repaired-Value(ARV): Will loan up to 70% ARV

G. Rehab: 100% renovation funds are escrowed and wired directly to the borrower's account upon completion of each rehab phase

H. Flexible Term: 24 months renewable thereafter with limited credit review

I. Line of Reserve $100K

J. Bank Account must have 15K

K. Down Payment 5% percent

Our affiliate lender has a unique "bridge loan" program for borrowers who don't meet our traditional lending guidelines. With this product, our affiliate lender has the ability to give the borrower a temporary loan, with the intention of refinancing them into a more traditional loan once the issues that prevented them from being eligible for our traditional financing have been corrected.
