*Pricing - Rate - 10.5% to 14.9%, typically 12.9% / Fee - typically 4 points
*Short Term Special Pricing &; Reduced rate and fee available for loan expected to payoff in 60 days or less.
This structure must be set up initially and there is a rate increase as well as a fee increase if the loan is not paid off within the allotted time.

The investors will finance up to 70% of the purchase price and 100% of the construction/rehab
